THE HEIST CONCERN AGAINST THE SAHEL REGIONS.

By Justin Okpu.

HOW HAITI'S ORCHESTRATED SUFFERING BEGAN THROUGH COLONIALISM. - A BACKGROUND REFERENCE FOR THE SAHEL CRISIS.

Haiti became the world’s first independent Black republic under Jean-Jacques Dessalines in 1804. But ever since, it has continued to face a relentless fight against colonial powers that have sought to control it through economic sabotage and political interference.

The most black dominated country is one of the poorest nations in the world, and rich countries have their footprints all over the nation's stunted development.

Haiti has been devastated not only by economic disaster, but also by multiple natural disasters causes of hurricanes and earthquakes in recent years, including highest 7.2 magnitude earthquake encountered recently

Over years, the United States worked to isolate an independent Haiti during the early 19th century and violently occupied the island nation for 19 years in the early 20th century. Under global pressure U.S. was made to officially leave Haiti in 1934.

Afterwards, the United States continued to control Haiti's public finances until 1947. Siphoning away around 40% of Haiti's national income to service debt repayments to the U.S. and France.

It's on record that after allowing Haiti's independence was forced to pay compensation to "white slave owners" the “loss of investment” on their slaves. 'It took Haiti 122 years to pay back "reparation" to the slaves master for freedom.

PAYING BACK TODAY'S EQUIVALENT OF ABOUT $30 BILLION FOR BEING FREE NATION BECOME GREATEST HEIST IN HISTORY COMMITTED BY FRANCE & ALLIES

The Haitians' poverty debacle forms the basis of my reference point on the obvious concerns with the ongoing heist committed against the sahel regions by their "colonial masters"

THE BEGINNING OF THE SAHEL REGIONS RE - ENSLAVEMENT.

The partitioning of Africa, after the Berlin conference between 1884 - 1885 where Europeans met on 15 November 1884, and concluded on 26 February 1885, with the signing of a General Act, regulating colonisation and African trade.

The new Imperialist strategy saw the birth of investment reparation as a new tool to " Africans Re - Enslavement" which over years has turned out be an institutionalized, ongoing heist against the sahel regions .

After the Europeans signed the regulation on Colonial Administration and the African Trade Laws, an act by British Parliament, which certainly midwife the foundation for where lay the current crime grievously committed across the several African regions.

Far back in the late 18th century, Europeans were originally comfortable with coastal trading activities along their African subordinate (royalties in local domains) shorelines, with less concern on interiors of the sahel due to cultural diversity and ineffective administrative control seem very cumbersome.
